UPFDA's Meetings and Collaborations Committee has planned a full conference, with optional golf on April 18 before the UPFDA Board Meeting and Welcome Reception, and an afternoon and evening of fun events after the conference sessions on April 19. Be sure to look at all we have lined up for this 2 day event.
Golf Outing - April 18, 2023 beginning at 11:00 am - $155 for green fees, cart and box lunch. Golf will be held at the lovely English Turn Golf Course - https://www.englishturn.com/ Add that ticket to your cart. To arrange for rental clubs, please email mikep@englishturn.com at least one week prior. Rental is $60 and includes a sleeve of balls. You will pay on site.

April 19, 2023 at 7:30 pm This is the Dutch Treat Dinner - you pay in advance. There are 4 courses, that include your choice of 2 soups, plus a salad, your choice of 4 entrees, and your choice of 2 desserts. The Court of Two Sisters is located at 613 Royal St, New Orleans. The rodent and termite tour will end at the restaurant. If you are not joining the tour, we will meet you at the restaurant!

April 19 - 5:45 pm - 7:15 pm. We will leave from the lobby of the Royal Sonesta and end at the Court of Two Sisters for the Dutch Treat Dinner. Put on your walking shoes and investigate the back alleys of New Orleans with the fine folks from the New Orleans Termite, Mosquito and Rodent Control Board. We will discover where the pests and rodents are, and what is being done to control them! This is included in your registration, but you do need to RSVP.

3:00 – 5:00 pm – A Tour of Royal Street - Art, Antiques and Alcohol The group will meet in the lobby of the Royal Sonesta and walk over one block to Royal Street. Cisse Spragins will lead a tour of a four-block stretch which represents “one of the finest stretches of art galleries, antique stores, wrought iron balconies, restaurants and architecture in the USA” (and yes, bars!). There will be options for every taste!
