Professional Background
As President & CEO of Web-Cote Industries, a New Jersey–based manufacturer specializing in glue products for the professional pest control market, I bring over 30 years of experience in small business manufacturing and leadership, including 18 years in the pest control industry. Since acquiring Web-Cote in 2024, I’ve led the company through a period of innovation and growth—expanding product capabilities, strengthening customer partnerships, and advancing our role as a trusted supplier to professionals across the industry. As a woman who has worked her way up in two traditionally male-dominated industries, I’m passionate about empowering other women in manufacturing and pest control. I serve as a sponsor and partner of Women in Pest & Wildlife Control and actively advocate for our industries through engagement with policymakers and associations. I also share my experiences as a guest on industry podcasts and panels, helping inspire and connect professionals across sectors. My leadership has been recognized with honors including finalist for the NJMEP 2024 Rising Star Award and 2025 Small Manufacturer of the Year, and Web-Cote was recently named to NJBIZ’s “In the Lead” list of Best Women-Owned Businesses.
Connection to the Association/Industry
I’ve been involved in the pest control industry since joining Web-Cote in 2008 but didn’t discover UPFDA until 2023. I believe strongly in the association’s mission to foster collaboration, transparency, and trust among suppliers—creating a unique forum where competitors can share best practices, address challenges, and strengthen relationships across the supply chain. That spirit of partnership makes our industry stronger and more resilient, and UPFDA plays a vital role in that effort. As regulations evolve, technology advances, and sustainability becomes central to every discussion, UPFDA’s role is more important than ever. It is a privilege to help ensure that the supplier community maintains a strong, unified voice and that our members continue to be recognized as essential partners in the pest management ecosystem. I’m honored to serve on UPFDA’s Board of Directors and Advocacy Committee, allowing me to contribute my experience as a manufacturer, advocate, and business leader toward advancing UPFDA’s mission and the industry we all care about.
