Shane Dooley is the President of FORSHAW, a family-owned pest and wildlife distribution company. With over 25 years of experience in operations, logistics, and supply chain, he has a strong track record of driving growth and innovation.

Before becoming President, Shane served as FORSHAW’s Chief Operating Officer and Director of Warehouse and Operations, leading key initiatives in supply chain management, strategic partnerships, and operational efficiency. Prior to FORSHAW, he spent 17 years at PepsiCo, developing expertise in leadership and supply chain management.

FORSHAW, a founding member of UPFDA, has consistently supported the association’s mission to advance the pest management industry. Shane has been actively involved for several years and joined the board in 2025, reflecting his commitment to fostering innovation, collaboration, and long-term industry growth.
