UPFDA Launches New Website and Association Management System
The United Producers, Formulators & Distributors Association (UPFDA) is proud to announce the launch of our brand-new website and association management system at upfda.com! The redesigned site offers a fresh look, improved navigation, and a smoother experience for members and visitors alike.

Streamlined Membership and Event Registration
Our new platform features integrated event registration and secure online payment processing through Authorize.net — no more PayPal! Members can now easily register for events, renew memberships, and manage their information all in one convenient place. You will get a chance to put the system to the test when we generate membership renewal invoices at the beginning of November. You will be able to make online payments and even set up auto-renewal if you choose to.

Connected Membership Experience
The new system is fully integrated with our membership database, making it easier than ever to keep your member profile up to date. If you haven’t already done so, log in today to review your information and make sure everything is accurate. And while you’re there, upload a friendly photo of yourself — let’s make our online member directory as warm and welcoming as the UPFDA community itself!

New Charitable Giving Program
We’re proud to introduce the UPFDA Charitable Giving Program, a new initiative that makes it easy for members and supporters to contribute to a fellow member’s cause. Each year, UPFDA will select one organization from those submitted by members and announce our Charitable Partner during the Membership Meeting at PestWorld. UPFDA will donate $5,000 to the selected organization and encourage members to add their own “sweat equity” through hands-on involvement. To help broaden the impact, we’ll also provide a downloadable slide deck for members to share during industry presentations, extending awareness and support beyond UPFDA’s membership. This program underscores UPFDA’s commitment to community, collaboration, and advancing the structural pest management industry through meaningful outreach and philanthropy.

Careers in Structural Pest Management
The new Careers page highlights the many career opportunities within the supply side of the structural pest management industry. While UPFDA will not post individual job openings, this page serves as a resource to inspire and inform potential talent about the rewarding and diverse career paths our member companies offer.

UPFDA members are encouraged to direct students, job seekers, and contacts met at job fairs, schools, and industry events to the Careers page to help attract new professionals to our growing workforce.
